Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between your business and Nexii Automation People LLC, United Arab Emirates ("PlugLeads", "we"). By creating an account or running an ad, you agree to them.

1. The service

PlugLeads creates ads for your business, runs them on Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and delivers the responses to you. We use automated tools, including AI, to suggest settings, create and check ads. You choose what runs and approve it before you pay.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and act for a business that is legally allowed to offer what it advertises in the UAE. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

3. Your ads and your content

• You confirm that what you tell us, and every offer, price and claim in your ad, is true and that you are allowed to use any photos, logos and names you provide.
• Your ads must follow UAE law and Meta's advertising policies. Some trades need a permit number on the ad, for example property and health. You must provide it.
• We do not run job ads, ads for prohibited or restricted products, or misleading, discriminatory or offensive content. We may refuse, change with your agreement, pause or stop any ad that breaks these rules.
• You give us permission to use your content to make and run your ads.

4. Your Facebook page

If your ads run on your own Facebook page, you give us partner access only to run ads and read their results. Your page remains yours. You can remove our access at any time in your Meta settings. If you use our Local Deals page instead, the ad shows our page and your business details.

5. Payment

• You pay in advance for each ad pack. Each pack shows the amount for Meta ad spend and our fee separately. VAT is added at the UAE rate.
• Ad spend you have paid for but that Meta does not spend, for example because you stop the ad early, returns to your PlugLeads wallet for your next ad.
• If an ad is rejected before it starts and cannot be fixed, we refund the full pack to your wallet.
• Our fee is earned once your ad goes live and is not refundable after that.

6. Results

We show estimates before you pay and real results while your ad runs. Ad results depend on many things outside our control, so we do not guarantee any number of leads, customers or sales. We do not charge per lead.

7. Leads and promo codes

Leads belong to your business. You must use them only to respond to the person's enquiry and in line with UAE law, including the rules on marketing calls and messages. Promo codes are issued on your behalf; you decide what they are worth and you honour them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep PlugLeads available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. Meta may change or limit its platforms; where that affects a paid ad, we will tell you and treat unspent ad spend as in section 5. We may update these terms and will tell you of important changes by email.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the ad concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the service

You can stop using PlugLeads at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. On closure, unspent wallet balance is refunded to the original payment method within 30 days, less any amounts you owe.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the competent courts of the UAE.
