Privacy policy

PlugLeads helps local businesses in the United Arab Emirates create and run ads and receive enquiries from interested customers. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and the choices you have. PlugLeads is operated by Nexii Automation People LLC, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us").
Who this policy covers
- Business customers who sign up and run ads with PlugLeads.
- People who respond to an ad run through PlugLeads, for example by filling in a lead form or messaging a business.
- Visitors to plugleads.ae.
What we collect

Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To create, check and run your ads, and to show you their results.
- To deliver each lead to the business whose ad the person responded to, including by email and in that business's PlugLeads account.
- To issue and verify promo codes.
- To take payments, issue VAT invoices and meet our legal and tax obligations.
- To provide support, keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
- To improve our suggestions, using combined and anonymised results across many ads.
Use of AI
We use AI services to read a business's public information, write and design ads, check ads before they run, and, where a business turns it on, answer customers' questions about that business. These services are provided by companies including OpenAI and Anthropic. Public website text may also be processed by DeepSeek. We do not send the personal details of people who respond to ads to DeepSeek. AI providers process data on our instructions only.
Who we share it with
- The advertising business. If you respond to a business's ad, your details go to that business so it can contact you. The business is responsible for how it then uses them.
- Meta Platforms, to run ads on Facebook and Instagram and to receive lead form responses.
- Service providers who help us run PlugLeads: hosting (Amazon Web Services), payments (Stripe), email delivery, and the AI providers named above.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We never sell personal data, and we never share one business's leads with another business.
Where it is stored
Our servers are hosted by Amazon Web Services in the Mumbai (India) region. Some service providers, including our AI providers, may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where data leaves the UAE, we use providers bound by contract to protect it.
How long we keep it
- Business accounts: while the account is open, then deleted within 90 days of closure, except records we must keep by law.
- Invoices and payment records: for the period required by UAE tax law.
- Leads: 12 months from when they arrive, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other laws that apply to you, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how it is used. If you responded to a business's ad, you can also contact that business directly. To make a request, see Delete your data or write to us at support@plugleads.ae. We reply within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and each business can see only its own ads and leads.
Children
PlugLeads is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell business customers by email.
